Policies

Return Policy
- We will exchange any defective product for the first 30 days from date of purchase. Items that show abuse will be returned to you.

- All returns require a Return Authorization Number and must be returned to us postage prepaid. Once the defective product has been received and checked in, a replacement unit will be shipped to you.

- Any items that are returned for credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Only items that are in the original package and in re-sellable condition will be considered for credit.


Back Order Policy
You will receive a notification if the item you ordered is not in stock. The item will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives. We keep a close track of our inventory so this should rarely, if ever happen.

Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, priority mail.

- We only ship orders via USPS and to points within the USA.

- Orders placed by 1:30 p.m. CST will ship same day on in-stock items.

 

- We only ship purchases that are being shipped to the same address as the billing address.


Damaged Goods Policy
Please notify us immediately of a damaged shipment.  If the item appears to be damaged before shipping you should contact us at support@streetproleds.com to obtain an RMA number. Please provide your order and item number along with a description of the damage. Damage that occurs during installation due to poor installation techniques is not considered to be the fault of StreetProLEDs.com and therefore is not covered. (Note: Please read all instructions thoroughly before beginning the installation).
