What are shipping costs?
A: Shipping is free on all orders over $50! Otherwise shipping costs are calculated by the US postal service base on weight and location, there are no additional charges.
How soon will my order ship?
A: For orders received before 1:30 pm, in stock products usually ship the same business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days when calculating delivery times.
How soon will I get my product?
A: All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Parcel. Delivery generally takes between 1 – 5 business days after product ships depending upon how far you are from the shipping point. No products are delivered on Sunday or holidays.
What type of payments does StreetProLEDs.com accept?
A: We accept PayPal and you can also use your Mastercard, Visa or Discover credit or debit card. We use Paypal as our processor so you recieve the same buyer protection as paypal member and you don't have to have a paypal account.
Does StreetProLEDs.com accept Checks and Money Orders?
A: Yes. Complete the order, copy the order form and mail it with the check or money order. However, it will take your order longer to process as it will not be shipped until your check or money order clears your bank.
Does StreetProLEDs.com ship C.O.D.?
A: StreetProLEDs.com does not ship C.O.D.
What is the warranty on products shipped by StreetProLEDs.com?
A: All products sold by StreetProLEDs.com have a life time defective product guarantee.
How do I return a defective product?
A: Send an e-mail to support@StreetProLEDs.com and request an RMA Form. The RMA Form will be returned to you for completion and return to StreetProLEDs.com. After review for compliance a RMA Number with all shipping instructions will be e-mailed to you. You may also review this in our terms and conditions.
How long does it take for repair or replacement of defective products?
A: StreetProLEDs.com does its best to keep this process as short as possible. However, it is sometimes delayed by replacement product stock.
Can I return products without an RMA#?
A: No. You need to request a RMA# to get the proper instructions and requirements for your return.
Do I need to keep my product packaging?
A: Yes. If you need to return the product to us you will be able to ship it back to us with less likelihood of damage.
If I change my mind can I return my purchase?
A: StreetProLEDs.com does not sell used, refurbished or like new products. As a result of this policy we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defective products which would be repaired or replaced and no credit will be issued.
